Anti-MLH-1 (M1) Mouse Monoclonal Primary Antibody (anti-MLH-1 (M1)) is used to qualitatively identify human DNA mismatch repair (MMR) protein MLH1, expressed in the nucleus of normal proliferating cells. Deficient or low levels of MLH1 are associated with colorectal and other cancers. The antibody is intended for qualitative staining in sections of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue. This product should be interpreted by a qualified pathologist in conjunction with histological examination, relevant clinical information, and proper controls. This antibody is intended for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use.
